I recently purchased a 2023-2024 Upper Deck Team Canada Juniors Hobby Box from them and the experience was flawless from order to delivery.The box was packed perfectly to preserve its condition, and the pulls were absolutely legendary—including an incredible Gavin McKenna Red Jersey pre-Rookie Card! Tammy is great at what she does always greets you with a smile. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about various card games and collectables. They have the lowest prices around. I highly recommend coming to The Cards Vault for all you tcg needs.

One of the very few local card shops that is fair when it comes to pricing in a sea of shops abusing prices. The staff is friendly. I bought products online and they were always quick to prepare my orders. Awesome service. Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience at this card store! My husband and I came in to inquire about some vintage (20+ yr) Pokémon cards we kept since our childhood years. We’re absolute beginners and had no idea where to even begin, but both the young woman and the gentleman who helped us were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable 🥰! They took the time to listen and answer all our questions(we had a lot!). To top it off,when I mentioned we were looking for an original pokemon poster for our 5yr old son, they happened to have one left and were happy to offer it to us. That small gesture made our day 👏! On another note I noticed they have just only one negative review, which seems to be from a young collector who was disappointed to learn his cards were too damaged to hold much value. But from our experience the staff here was nothing but kind, respectful, and honest. It’s definitely a welcoming place for collectors of all ages. Honestly best service, 100% recommend!
