Sunny Hobbies

This review is long overdue. Sunny and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The staff is super patient and willing to take the time to answer all your questions or concerns. I had questions about their consignment process and Gavin was super helpful. I've also bought many items from them over the last three years and the pricing is fair. I don't even live in the city anymore and this is my go to TCG store. I can't recommend Sunny and his team enough.

So I went in store on November 27 25 and gave cards for grading I had talked to someone and asked his opinion on the cards I should grade and the 1 I thought to definitely grade was the most valuable and he looked at it with me and saw it was very clean and should be a 9-10 now June 23 I see when I get back and after calling they told me it was sitting in there shop for over a month I get it back it has discolouration and scratches which are clear as day and I wouldn’t waste my time if I saw that and the guy was able to point subtle things on other cards so honestly will never go here again I don’t wanna say there was funny business but it’s was $470 then card now $1200 definitely do not give them your cards do yourself I’m very disappointed and there’s nothing I can do thanks for wasting my time then charging me

I bought 4 Yu-Gi-Oh Starter Deck Acrylic cases to display my Yugi, Kaiba, Joey, and Pegasus sealed decks. They fit perfectly and I am so happy with my purchase! Out of the original 4 cases I bought, 2 came with manufacturer defects, but by contacting Sunny Hobbies with photos of the defective products, I was met with wonderful news that they would send me out 2 replacements. They arrived today and now all 4 of my decks are properly protected and on display! I can’t thank the team at Sunny Hobbies enough for understanding the situation and making everything right with my order!

One of my favourite TCG stores! I LOVE this store. The slabs and the higher end raws in the display cases are always so gorgeous, and this is THE place to be looking through binders! This store has some of the best binder singles I’ve ever seen and they are all organized very well. Always such a fun time here, coming in with no expectations and leaving every time spending $75 - $100+ on tons of good singles that will have me spending the rest of my day re organizing my binders. Staff here are always very friendly and welcoming! Also I pulled the Gengar from our first Gem Pack 3 box that my fiance pre ordered for us from here!
