Great place to find more difficult to find video games locally! They stock a lot of imported English language games, and all games are brand new too!

Very nice employees and some of the best prices in the city on switch games.

Great experience. I ordered 7 Youtooz vinyl figures from Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss. I had some requests regarding when items would be shipped, and splitting the in-stock and pre-order items. They were easily able to accommodate these requests, and I already received the 6 in-stock items without issue. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Don't bother shopping here period. First, prices are pretty high on many things TCG wise. Second...NO STOCK IN STORE. Wasted half my Saturday traveling down in the rain across the city to get a hard to find TCG set, one that was readily advertised on the site as in stock. Only to be told by the (very friendly) counter person they don't keep anything TCG in stock at the store. You literally have to order and pickup another day. Maybe put a warning on every single product page of everything you don't have IN STOCK AT THE STORE. Whoever owns this store clearly cares about profit more than customer experience. Not only being located right beside Taps, a far superior store (likely to leach off customers that want to buy used games I guess), but also being located very inconveniently for transit users, also not advertising that majority of items shown on site are not available in person immediately. Here's a hint, you can compete with a larger store by having lower prices than them, imagine that, then you can stock stuff in store. What a concept.
