Sentry Box Cards

Honestly, half the staff here seem like they actively dislike customers. The vibe is pretty consistently that you’re bothering them by asking questions, which is a weird approach for a place that sells collectibles and relies on people being excited about them. Save yourself the awkward interaction and shop online. Their online store is 1,000 times friendlier. Thanks to the one person who stepped in and actually helped us find Pokémon cards - you were great.

Friendly staff. Hard to move around with so many people just standing at the top of the stairs. Good selection of cards and supplies for collecting.

The staff and owner here are super knowledgeable and kind. If you're looking for anything related to collectible cards / sleeves / acessories, you'll find it here! You can even reserve cards through their website and pick them up later. There's even more related to board games right next door! Not only do they support local small artists with collaborations, they also actively involve themselves in other geeky community events, so you can find them fairly often at local markets / conventions, too. Have a peek at their event calendar if you play any card games and want to meet some new local card players!

Excellent staff! They're never bothered when I ask for help finding a card and are very communicative and knowledgeable about products. I was talking about upgrading my friend's starter commander deck and the person at the counter listened in and made suggestions that were budget friendly and beginner friendly. Will be coming back when I move to Calgary later this year! (:

What a place! You can get everything you need for Warhammer, Pokemon or in general cool games. We visited from Europe and were blown away by the selection and cool setting of the shop. We and our kids loved it. Go and visit you won't regret it!
