Richmond Reroll

Out of the way, but good and knowledgeable staff, big shout out to Zach for giving me and my friend an in depth card game demo while managing an eventand the till solo. Good selection of products and quite a lot of space for events. 5 stars.

There was a simple mix up between what I was buying and what I was charged. The names of the two items are very similar but they are different prices. I was feeling ill that day and did not catch the mix up and returned home which is out of town. The next day I noticed the issue and contacted the store and even with me being from out of town they where very quick to respond and sent me a refund for the amount I was over charged right away. 10/10 Will happily return to shop some more from them and there helpful staff.

Good first experience here and was helped by Derrick. Came here to reward my son who started collecting pokemon cards early this year. The prices were very reasonable as the operating unit seem to be a massive setup for people to get together to play MTG, Warhammer, pokemon and more. My kid was super excited and Derrick was able to explain clearly which packs may suit his interest. His colleague was also helpful and offered his valuable input as well. Derrick offered to bring my child around behind the showcase to let him pick his booster packs and we grabbed an ETB as well. He than offered my son some cool pokemon freebies for his collection and organizing his cards with a cute little kids binder. Thanks for the great first experience guys!

Fairly new LGS with lots of TCG, tabletop miniatures, and supplies. Very friendly staff and open area that consistently hosts events of various types. If you are needing a light refreshment, Seal Coffee is right beside offering a variety of drinks to keep your hobbying going. Two prominent staff that have been very friendly have been Derek and Will. If you are wanting to learn a new game or start collecting, find these guys. Support your local game store. Chill and spacious TCG shop to visit and hang out at. Always has a good selection of Pokemon singles, packs, dragon shield sleeves, etc. and very friendly employees! Derek is always nice and accommodating, would recommend to anyone looking to support a local card shop. They also cater to Magic & other games, you can purchase singles on their website as well and pickup the next day.
