Super knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. While I primarily shop here for magic the gathering, they have a massive inventory of pokémon cards and accessories. I'd highly recommend the store to any parents who are looking to help their kids with their pokémon collections. 10/10 Thanks Prisma Team!

Terrible service, obnoxious staff, store smells gross like old sewage. Came into the store looking for Neo series pokemon cards. No customers in store, 2 staff members at the till were standing there complaining loudly about a customers MTG order for 15-20 minutes. Asked about the Neo series, staff rudely said check the website, no further help offered. I checked the website, there is no Neo series listed however I can see singles from the Neo series in the display case so there is no correlation to the website vs what is in store. Went over to their competitor TAP Games, 5 mins away, and they were able to help me out, show me their entire selection, go through their pricing and I was able to purchased 10 cards same day. I will never recommend Prisma Games to any card enthusiast / collector, they are miserable and unprofessional.

spend your money somewhere else. walking in, it felt like employees dont want to sell anything. completely standoffish, not personable. felt like they were making things up as they go for us because they didn't want us looking at specific things. prices are also a little to way above market. i usually prefer supporting local shops but would rather purchase from ebay than experience what i did at this shop again. definitely was planning to grab some cards and packs but after the service we receive, we just left. don't waste your time here, there's many better shops around town.

I popped into Prisma recent and Grayson (hope I’m spelling your name right) was an absolute treat to deal with! I’m super new to the card world, and Grayson helped me out through every step of the way. I wouldn’t even bother going to another card shop tbh! Thanks again guys!

Had such a great experience here today! Ben was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He took the time to get to know my son (12) and went above and beyond to help him find all the Pokémon cards on his list! Ben made great suggestions, was super patient and helped educate my husband and I along the way! They had a huge selection and the store area and gaming area were both clean, organized and spacious! We went for Pokémon but same goes for Magic cards! Definitely a must stop if this is your thing!!! Thank you Ben
