I bought my first ever Pokémon pack from here and when i opened it i got a Cinccino Ex from the Chaos Rising pack ! The staff is also very nice and showed me what toploaders and sleeves are meant for Pokémon cards.

I don't recommend this store at all. One of the guy that works there, I sold few pokemon cards to him and he ripped me off hundreds of dollars on of the pokemon card told me it was not wroth more then 145$ that was a huge lie, I told him I did not know nothing about pokemon cards but I know one of them was wroth 2800$ or more for that one card he new he was scammin me all along ,how can someone do that to you here you thought you are going into a store feel like you can trust the workers in there well news flash to me, I got scammed.They shouldn't have workers like that in that store can't trust anyone in there, but I will take action for all this... that's a promise...this will be on the store should be shut down...if I have to i will bring this to the newspaper and every where eles to let everyone know how they are scammers... so disgusting dirty how that worker scam me over hundreds dollars , on just one pokemon card makes me sick to my stomach.....

Trinity and all the other Pastime workers all all so kind! I go in alot to look for Clefairy cards and she always helps me find some and shes super nice to talk to aswel! 10/10 service ✨🎀✨

The store manager refused to exchange this helmet that my son got as a Christmas gift and had a small scuff, just because we went to the store 15 days after the helmet was purchased. They claimed that their exchange policy is only 14 days whereas there was absolutely nothing on the receipt. Customer satisfaction ZERO at the price of saving some $$ for the store!

Been to this location in Surrey a few times. Staff is always friendly and very helpful as well. Picked up a few of the WHA patches that they have in stock, as I had the idea of doing some custom hats out of them. Which turned out really well actually. And I grabbed a couple boxes of 2023/24 Hockey Cards to add to my collection.
