Pretty awesome stock, their prices on accesories is really good. Their sealed mtg is the most expensive I have ever seen.

Getting back into magic after 10 years and was looking for another pre con commander deck to upgrade and the guy working helped me make an absolute killer deck without breaking the bank, he took his time and genuinely helped me out 12/10 experience for sure

I spend a lot of time here. I don't really have any complaints. Highly recommend if you're looking to play Magic: the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, or Warhammer. They have other game nights too that I'm not familiar with but seem active. Also seem to have much better prices than the other local game stores I've been to.

Awesome place with a really welcoming vibe. The owners and staff are super friendly, easy to talk to, and always make you feel welcome. They’re genuinely great people, and you can tell they care about creating a place where everyone enjoys hanging out. Always have a great experience whenever I stop by.

I was looking for a handful of more expensive cards, and was price matching around the city by emailing the different stores asking about prices. Every other store I emailed gave me pricing, offered to set aside the cards, and even asked where else I emailed so they could possibly do a price match to keep my business. Ogres Den wasn't as kind. Because somewhere else had a better price, I ended up going with them instead. Ogres Den response? Banning me from emailing them about prices, and now if I want to ask I am required to come into store. I never requested the cards to be pulled aside, I was asking for pricing. Am I not allowed to price match? Am I supposed to pay whatever you decide the card is worth because I sent you an email? What an silly way to handle business. I can understand if they pulled out multiple Commander decks worth of cards, but it was less then 10 total. I think it shows that the staff are incapable of helping customers, that they don't want to put the effort. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time. Ogres Den is on the other side of the city where I'm from, expecting me to travel over to ask for a handful of cards pricing? Ridiculous.
