Northern Ontario Video and Anime

I went in a few weeks ago to buy some Pokemon Illustration First Partner Series 3 and upon entering the store to collect my stuff, I was met with some rather rude and uncivilized behavior. I heard some small comments from a staff member when I sparked interest in some of their anime girl figures as they we're implying I was some sort of creep for liking little anime girls? I do think the store is great in terms of prices and being able to grab products. However, I would sincerely advise a serious reform in the way they treat customers and to think throughly, and deeply on the negativity of certain comments and attitudes towards your customers. I am quite disappointed to say the very least and appalled. A battery full acid cannot compare or compete to the sheer foulness and sourness of NOVA. I am NOVA coming back here again.

excellent and fun store. great staff and overall service. can pretty much order anything from them and great deals too! my go to shop for anything anime and hobby stuff. plus play areas for video games or if you wanna play tcg

For some manga for a great price, really wish I lived closer, I'd be here weekly if I had the chance, can't wait to see you at a con

By-far the best customer service! I was heading this way to visit a relative in LTC at the hospital. I reached out to see if they were open since I saw they had a booster box I wanted to get for my niece. When Alex answered, he told me they were closed. He went ahead & contacted Daniel & they offered to come in and meet me here so that I could pick it up since I was out of town. Daniel & Alex are both very wonderful people! Whenever I end up in the area I will be sure to stop by at any chance I get! 10/10 would highly recommend! 🙂

Came to get my son an Gundam kit for his first build and a pair of godhand nippers. Owner was knowledgeable and helpful. Will come shop again for sure
