Very disappointing experience. I bought a 3D puzzle because of the yellow “sale” sticker, only to find out that the sale price was exactly the same as the original price. I felt completely misled. When I pointed this out, they refused to take it back, saying it was a final sale. If there’s no actual discount, don’t put a sale sticker on the product.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mind Games because of the worker, Marilyn. Very friendly and welcoming. She helped me a lot with finding items and we had a enjoyable conversation too.

Went into the store the other day on Saturday may 23rd around 1pm and waited in line to buy dumpling toys for my children . There was a man who walked up on the other side of the counter and budded in to buy his daughter something . I was 2 ppl back and said to the blond lady cashier he budded and she said oh well who cares . I said wow then when I got to the cash I said that wasn’t right to let him bud and again with attitude she said who cares. Not a very nice employee at all and no customer service skills at all, not a good experience at all!

Wanted to write this review on an amazing experience not only once but a few times thanks to Jenny! Me and my two girls come in there and she has made not only there experience amazing but also my self as a mother. She is so welcoming and makes your day no matter what. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service Jenny !

I was shopping here with my husband and son and bought a couple of items. We had a great experience thanks to Danny. She was kind, patient, and very professional with our young son while he was buying his Pokemon cards, which meant a lot to him. Danny also helped us with a 2nd purchase which was a lego set for our sons friend. She handled everything really well, even while a coworker in green was being rude to her at the checkout. We wanted to thank Danny personally, but she was quickly and aggressively sent away from the register to the back of the store by the same coworker in green. We will definitely be shopping here again because of Danny.
