Mind Games STC

This was truly the most degrading moment of my 40 years of living. As a loyal Mind Games customer, I will not be returning to this location. I already have extremely bad social anxiety, and the way I was treated from the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by an unpleasant and rude worker, she had tan skin and blonde hair. She kept side eyeing me like I was a shoplifter? I don’t know if she was having a bad day, or if that’s just her personality, but she needs to fix it right now. How can a person working on customer service be so disrespectful? I was going to buy something for my daughter’s birthday, but I immediately left feeling so mistreated. If I had the choice, I would leave a 0 star review.. be grateful I'm giving you a 1 star review.

The lady working here with glasses and is brown skin was rude and kept getting angry when I asked for help. She refused to help me and the man who's trini with no hair kept following me. However the hijabi lady was super sweet and the only helpful one

Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Mind Games. The customer service here is incredibly poor, mainly due to the female manager (or owner) on duty. Instead of being helpful, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Moreover, I don't understand why someone who is so rude to children would be managing a toy and hobby store. Absolute lack of basic customer service.

Lots of games selections. Fun place for the kids to stop by. It is inside the Scarborough town center so parking is not a problem. Price depend on the kind of game. Staff are helpful. You can easily get a gift for young and adults who like games.

2022 July 4★ Previously the Disney store about a year or two back, this store is fairly big for a games store. With that in mind, there's lots of selection to choose from, lots of interesting items and you can certainly end up spending a good amount of time inside the store. Here you'll find board games, a bit of magic items, card games, adult games, novelty games, figures, transformers, swords, etc. Staff seem pleasant. Sales are so so. Though the fact they might have what your looking for, this could be a good stop. Cool to check out.
