I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought a Jelly squish for my daughter (8) in Edmonton June 19, went in today, June 20th to exchange it as it was broken. They refused. I'll be lodging a complaint on their website. I will never shop at Mind Games again in any capacity. Their exchange policy is an absolute joke, they treat their customers like criminals or worse. Avoid this place at all costs. When Amazon has higher quality customer service you know you've failed as a business.

Pokemon TCG products prices completely made up I laughed out loud when I saw them. Mega Evo ETB selling for $119 at the card shops selling for $199 here?! Get real.

Not against the people working the floor, but whoever the hell is setting the prices for Pokémon TCG, needs to get their brain checked, i paid 110 dollars for something that is priced at 23 dollars on the official Pokémon store where i certainly hope this place gets their products, otherwise, DO NOT BUY POKEMON TCG PRODUCTS HERE! The prices are unreasonable, and i have a slight suspicion the boxes with no way to see inside are opened and resealed Another thing, Pokémon prismatic evolutions is normally priced at 90 dollars, this store had them for 300

Buyer Beware. Return/refund/exchange policy clearly stated on receipt (no refund, exchange or store credit only within 7 days on an UNOPENED item) Purchased an item at Mayfair Mall, Victoria location 3 weeks ago.. quickly realized that the item was trash. Card shuffle machine that damaged cards AND misfed the cards most times.. ends up more work than actually shuffling by hand. It's trash. I can understand the exchange or store credit only and the sort time limit (although 7 days seems a bit extreme.. ) but the item must be unopened?! So you can sell absolute trash in a box that doesn't do what it says it does.. and damages your other belonging.. the only way to know it's trash is to open it by which time you're stuck with it. Buyer Beware, can't return the trash in a box they sell you. EDIT: after multiple back and forth messages between store and head office (via website) with store saying to contact via website and website saying to contact store... head office has agreed to refund the item without returning to the store (a 3 hour drive). My main point of contention is an item must be UNOPENED order to be considered for exchange or store credit (no refunds at all..). The justification being "fairness for all customers". Doesn't seem fair that you can sell trash in a box that, according to the return policy, can not be returned once opened. Hopefully they will consider adjusting the return policy. Should not have taken this much effort for a business to support a customer.. especially considering I could have made the purchase from Amazon (probably for less $, and easily returned it no questions asked. Mind Games, you need to do better if you expect people to shop in your stores.

Walked in this store about maybe 3-4 months ago. I was very displeased to see a drinking game titled “Blackout” as myself being a recovering alcoholic 21 months sober I seen it all for how harmful alcohol abuse is and a shady card game in this store that could send a young fellow to the hospital or worse death!!! Lots of kids toys in this shop so that’s another reason I won’t be entering this place when I crew’s through my favourite mall Mayfair. Mixing toxic drinking card games with kids stuff together is just so wrong in my opinion.
