Mind Games GEO

Never i repeat never buy Lego from them. All the sets are $5 to $25 over msrp. They charge $10 per mini figure pack. Place is total rip off.

I was in on Friday and Celine was incredibly helpful!! I asked about the Pokémon cards and she happily explained everything in stock and the prices clearly. She was also very friendly and welcoming!! I would 100% come to this location again!

I did not have a good experience in that store - the person working clearly saw me and never asked if I needed something but another customer came through and was acknowledged immediately. It was a clear bias since I don’t look like a white person. Hence I left without buying anything - may try another location but won’t go to the store in Georgian mall Barrie!

Shop here all the time. All the employees remember me and it feels way more personal. David is amazing and love talking to him. Would 100% return

TL; DR: Greeted by Céline. Super friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Congrats to her and the store for recognizing her merit. The store seriously needed a new assistant manager. They lost a star because I'm grumpy about their prices on Pokémon. I was hunting for Pokémon cards for the new set Destined Rivals. I went to every shop in Barrie Orillia and Midland including chains like ... guess what, everyone out of stock. I checked out a few long shot places and mindgames came up. I pop over to check them out and was greeted by Céline. She is super friendly, knowledgeable and legit defines good customer service. They had what I was after, although I was a bit miffed over their pricing. She explained that their pricing is high to deter scalpers clearing out the shelves, and look, they had stock. Perfect! Good experience, will be back for those hot ticket items!
