Mana Lounge

My fiance and I went to the lounge looking for a card and thanks to Jake's extensive knowledge of mtg and charm, we not only found the cards we wanted, but we walked out with two new commander decks that absolutely resonate with both of us. He took the time to get to know our respective playstyles, and with a smile and wit, we know we will definitely come back for more. Tournaments and more cards.

I've been around a few magic shops in a few towns and I LOVE IT HERE. one of my favourite shops to walk into. Wether I need supplies, want to get a fun game of magic in or looking for something no one else has. This is the place to go to. The STAFF is stellar!! I have always felt they go over and beyond what's necessary to serve me and others!! If you are looking for a new lgs. Look no further!!

I started collecting Pokemon TCG cards about two months ago as a way to feel connected to my deceased older brother. I never shared this with the staff their but they have been all so kind and warm to purchase from since I started this hobby. I wish they had pokemon league back so I can learn to play the TCG at this location. I’m leaving this positive review in lieu of two negative reviews at other TCG stores in town. As a visibly queer person and drag performer in the city I’m shocked at how many bad experiences as a lgbt person I’ve had in stores I’m walking into for the first time. So shout out to Mana lounge for making this hobby a little more welcoming in this city!

TLTR - Great store, wide selection of product, amazing welcoming staff. I've been going to the Mana Lounge to get many of my trading card game needs for the past 3 years, ever since they introduced me to the game that I still love to this day. Since day one they store has been a welcoming place for people to explore new hobbies or expand on the ones they already have. The are very welcoming from you entering the store and are very quick to help you find anything you need, whether it be at their London location or in Strathroy. They carry a wide range of product from Trading Card games and Supplies, Tabletop games, Puzzles, Lego, Boardgames, Role Playing Games and much more. They a pillar for hosting events for various trading card games, tabletop gaming and much more. Not only do they host events, but they also provide a place for the community to enjoy these games free of charge (and even will try to accommodate space even when events are being hosted). Over the years the staff has changed but has remained consistent in their knowledge of the products they sell and welcoming environment. The current staff running the store are top notch and definitely go above bar to provide a good experience when coming to the store. Of course things can get quite busy during large events but that is to be said about many stores in this space. I'd like to give a shout out to Adam, Jake and Jim. Those 3 guys are absolutely awesome sauce to chat with and definitely know their stuff about the products in the store (Get Jake to pull your packs if buying single boosters, he always gets gas). The only thing that can be said is that being located downtown it can cause a bit of issue with parking. There is a lot of public parking around if you don't mind a little bit of a walk or you can park closer by at certain times for free up to 2 hours. We all can agree that the parking downtown London is horrendous. All that being said, parking is free in Sundays. Don't let the location hold you back from coming to check out the store.

Everyone at the Mana Lounge, whether they are behind the counter or behind the scenes of the operation are truly, kind, honest and straightforward. In particular, I would love to personally say that Jacob has always provided me some of the most exceptional customer services. Furthermore has even been helpful with optimizing purchases and always offering honest and helpful considerations. Further more to name a few more: Adam, Jim, Josh, Tyler, and Theia are other names I also wish to say have been nothing but amazing too.
