Don't let the stores lower reviews fool you, this store is filled with anime goods, gunpla, and pokemon cards. The owner is kind and polite, and he always has lots of gunpla in stock. Recently, hes been able to import premium bandai items as well, and at a fair price, which goes a long way in getting your hands on rare and premium kits!

Got the fake card packs from this store 🥲🥲🥲🥲 Please be aware of this and check carefully if you plan to buy tcg from here. I’m not sure the shop owner is intentionally selling it or he just failed to verify the product. But anyway, if you’re open the store like this, you need to order from official store!!!!! We really appreciate how professionally and seriously you handled the issue. Today we decided to give the shop a second chance and stopped by again to see if the questionable products had been replaced with authentic inventory. We bought 3 packs of OP-14 because they looked safe and authentic, and the owner kindly offered them to us for free as an apology, which we truly appreciate. I also want to say that I believe the shop was not intentionally selling fake products. It may have been an issue from the distributor side, and I respect that the shop took action quickly after being informed. Thank you again for listening to customer feedback, responding responsibly, and trying to make things right. I hope everything will continue to improve, and I’m willing to give the shop another try in the future

Just picked up the stuff I ordered online. All the figures and gunplas are in excellent condition. No damaged boxes. Alex was helpful about my in store pickup order. It’s easy to shop their website too. Will shop again! Thank you! 😊

Just an hour ago, bought some model kits and found out one of them I already have it. Called back to ask if I can exchange this one for other model kit but the guy said they cant do the exchange because his boss told him thats the policy. So I asked if I can talk to the boss and explain the situation but he said I cant talk to the boss and he just said its the policy. The store should have final sale policy stated at the cashier counter or notify customers before purchasing. Anyway thanks I will find other places to buy from now.
