trying to pick up an online order but the store has been closed every time i went during hours they were supposed to be open, emails were unresponsive and no one is picking up the phone. very disappointing after my first visit went very well.

Been going here for 5 years and it's been a great experience. There's lots of parking and space for events with the new location and it's very clean. Online store is easy to use. Ignore the recent review bombers posting under fake names, Steve runs the store by himself and had a funeral to attend after the event.

Nice store very close to home. Prices are generally better than elsewhere. Cash only, but there is an ATM in the store if you need one. Good selection of MTG packs, which has been nice for me as someone new to Magic. Probably the best place in town for this kind of stuff IMO. Have been by several times and intend to continue to return. Atmosphere feels good when games are going on - maybe I will participate eventually.

This used to be my favorite gaming store in the area... I originally gave this place a 5 start review but am in need of revision on that review. The customer service is abysmal! I have come into the store to pick up an online order that was complete and had to wait 25 minutes to get my order. The store owner was painting a model and would not pause his task to give me the product that I already prepayed for. Should be less than 5 minutes to pickup when there is not a soul in the store... The store owners attitude is also a problem. He is downright rude to customers or ignores them altogether not even greeting them with a smile to welcome them to the store when they enter. While the attendance at the store used to be great the majority of regulars here have started going elsewhere due to frustrations with the owner and his inability to self reflect and change. Because of this inability to change, the store is the only one in the area without wpn status. I used to do content/editing for the store, run streams for the store and even help get orders ready for the store. I slowly became more disappointed with the state of things there and personal issues with the owner have made me feel uncomfortable being in the store at all. I used to wish this store all the best and in a way I still do as I don't harbor any ill will towards the store... but I can't keep a 5 star review where it is not deserved I have a responsibility to be honest here on this platform. I also understand this review may make it so I am no longer welcome in its doors. That is fine. I hope one day the store can return to its former glory and that it is not just nostalgic memory and that it actually was as great as I remembered... Wishing the store the best

Get these cards today, used to come very often and buy many cards. The store has a huge stock. But just will never come back after today. I saw one reply from the owner that said "prices are compared to other store" so I completely trusted the price without checking it, but it's not. I got charged 65$ for those cards below and after double check it, the price should not be over 35$. Make me feel like a fool not only with this order but also previous orders. Just unbelievable!
