Gamestars Inc

Amazing selection of everything and just a treat to walk through. Staff is friendly and helpful but never bothersome. Check it out 👍

GameStars is a department within Toy Traders that sells trading cards and board game figures. Like the rest of Toy Traders, this was an extraordinarily fascinating department. I really like this revolving display they had for single cards. This division sold every kind of cards and games, except for the One Piece cards at the time. Hopefully, I see them selling those cards the next time I come there.

I love Toy Traders and have been going there since I was a young kid. However, I specifically cannot recommend the GameStars section of the store for Magic the Gathering. The selection is great, no issues with that. BUT the two younger employees that work behind the counter for the singles are just miserable. Over the past year they have been consistently, rude, dismissive, loudly complain about doing their job or about customers to each other, have absolutely ZERO customer service, and generally make the experience MISERABLE and a giant hassle. It’s a shame that two people who don’t enjoy their job have to ruin the experience of such a great store.

AMAZING selection! Awesome displays of toys from the last 4 decades (or more). Fair to excellent prices. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that love what they do. I cannot recommend this place enough! I travel from Vancouver to Langley across a toll bridge both ways just to visit and shop here.

Excellent store! Large and brightly lit with lots of space to move around. Lots of gaming tables with a huge selection of miniatures and supplies at good prices. I just got into the miniatures hobby and the staff were very helpful in getting me started along with the other players that were in the store at the time. I've shopped at other places in the lower mainland and the prices here are the best I have found. The prices + the atmosphere leave this as my "go to" place. I can't recommend them enough. Even if you aren't in Langley they are worth the trip IMHO.
