Gamer's Spot

My first time ordering online from them, looking for Hobbit MTG product. It was supposed to ship, tracked, last week. I still do not have confirmation it was sent or a tracking number, and I havent gotten any replies to my emails. I called and got someone on the phone one of 3 times I called, and they said they would get back to me but its been a few days now. I still havent heard back and dont have my product or tracking number to confirm it's coming. I prefer to support Canadian businesses but at this point I doubt I'll order from here again.

Awesome place, great service

I've emailed them many times and they never respond back. I've wanted to order from them through their online store, but their website charges for tax on games during the tax break. From Dec 15 to Feb 15. I've emailed them to see if they offer refunds on the tax amount but they do not respond. It's just not good business practice to act this way and shows how little they actually care and want your business.

The employee was amazingly patient with my little guy (7 years-old). He was also very empathetic and knowledgeable. Will definitely return.

Very nice store inside and out (the building looks amazing with its old colonial style) with a great diversity of products. I was a bit peeved by how the store clerk read the back of the box I handed to him when I asked if he had anything to say about that particular expansion (like, do you think I can't read?), but he was nice, welcoming, just chatty enough and that little peeve doesn't warrant to go down to four stars IMO. Will go back and would recommend.
