Game Breakers Sports Cards

Bad service for local buyers. Simply put they do not want you to buy single cards in store ; they want you to do your purchase fully online and only pick it up in store. I would understand this for large orders, however if you walk in looking for just a card or two they may oblige but will also try to push you away from ever asking again. Which makes me ask, why even have a store front at all if you only want online orders? Why bother going in at all if I can just get things delivered to my house? I say if you really don't want to deal with customers and want all transactions to go through that service try placing a tablet connected to a store account in store so that local customers can go up and choose the cards they want and get an estimate for how long it will take, then after it was pulled they can purchase the cards right there instead of pre purchasing online. This would allow customers that do not want to open an account online or make purchases through the website for a small amount of cards have an easier time still buying your product. It just really sucks being refused like 5 single cards just because you do not have a online account with them while the store is completely empty.

Came here today for a couple cards as a birthday gift. Service was great and they had a large variety of cards. Bought a gift card which was a great idea they recommended. Great store and people, thank you!

Called ahead for pokemon cards. Arrived and they had an amazing selection, but no one was helping me. I've never gone into a shop and just stood helplessly at a counter for mulitple minutes. Was very disheartening because there was multiple cards I wanted badly, but I am not going out of my way even more to purchase something when I am standing at a counter waiting for help and recieve none. Mind you, they had an event going on, but the gentleman helped another couple of lads and completely ignored me.

Redo of my bad review witch now has been takin down. I came years ago with less knowledge then as I have now. This store has taught me since then about value of my cards. I have come back after years of not coming and I have nothing but great views of this store. They have helped gain new knowledge in the hobbies in the years since. They are very fair and knowledgeable and have great prices and a lot to choice from. I did a trade for 2 dazzlers a couple days ago and it was a fair honest trade with the owner giving me new insight of pricing my cards better for the future. I'll be definitely be coming back with great respect for this store and the help and knowledge they have given me.

Ordered about 20 single pokemon cards for my kids. They were ready the day after. Store is spacious, lots of cards. Staffs are friendly. Would stop again when i visit Ottawa.
