Future Pastimes

Great collection, people are knowledgeable and there always seems to be hobbyists and enthusiasts to there. Great place to meet friends and find what you can't seem to find anywhere else.

I visited your store for the first time looking for the Secret Wars comic. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in stock, and I was told by the gentleman at the front desk to call in and speak with the manager so it could be ordered for me. I followed those instructions, called in, provided my information, and was told it would be taken care of. After waiting about three weeks with no update, I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. When I finally got through the next day, I explained the situation and asked to cancel the order. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer care. There was no follow-up, no update on the order, and no apology for the delay or inconvenience. It left me with the impression that my order may have been forgotten entirely. As a first-time customer, I was really excited to visit your store, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and service for future customers.

Great bunch of guys, they are very helpful. The store has a lot to offer for the comic and board game enthusiast.

Brilliant shop! Friendly owner !

Trent and Nathan are very friendly and professional. They organize a lot of events for the nerds of our community. Myself being one of them. I have both purchased and sold merchandise with them and their prices are fair. Happy to continue supporting local.
