FineToys

Great customer service and reasonable priced

Emailed to cancel an order, they confirmed and refunded shortly after. Professional and they pay attention.

Fine Toys was fantastic!!! I ordered my boyfriend a booster box and a pre-order ETB from them. I needed to get the booster box early for an anniversary gift, and they were so incredibly understanding. They sent such a nice email back saying they would ship my booster box asap even though I had a pre-order ETB attached, and it arrived the next day! My boyfriend loved it! Thank you so so much again, I will definitely continue to order from you guys again. Can’t wait for the ETB to arrive next!

I initially had a very frustrating experience with The Fine Toys. My orders were cancelled multiple times, I ended up paying a higher price, and I didn't receive a response to my emails, which was extremely disappointing. However, after leaving my review, the company reached out with a detailed explanation, took full responsibility for what happened, and apologized sincerely. They explained that their anti-fraud system had mistakenly flagged my orders, refunded the price difference, and even provided a goodwill discount code as a gesture of apology. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company responds. In this case, they were transparent, professional, and genuinely worked to make things right. I appreciate their honesty and their commitment to improving their processes. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and restoring my confidence. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with The Fine Toys again.

Hopefully this review gets through I'm not from Toronto, so it's online orders only. hahah I ordered one of their Yu-Gi-Oh Booster Box via Temu. Of course, they confirmed to me, that the listing on Temu belongs to them, and that it's legit. I SCORED cards from that box, a number of "Ultra/Secret" Rare cards, that I had sentimental attachment to. Anyways, I am one happy customer. I don't have that much experiences with Booster Boxes, but, I think THAT kind of haul is usually unlikely. (I mean there's this "rule" that I've been reading about, that you DO NOT order Booster Boxes from Amazon.) Just posting this review, as a confirmation; that they're legit. And to spread the word. I guess their location is relatively new? I haven't checked with them yet Anyways, huge thanks again to Fine Toys Ltd!!
