Really good selection of stuff and really, really good prices! The bulk boxes are great for players of all sorts of TCGs, and I'm pretty sure they have the best prices on it too. Cedar always provides genuinely exceptional service. Probably the most pleasant employee of any TCG shop in the area. Always enjoy having a chat with him when I'm in there! All around amazing place, would recommend as one of the first stops to check for any TCG enthusiast in the area.

I visited today for the first time and had an amazing experience with the employee named Cedar!! 🌲 He was so kind and helpful with his advice when it came to deciding what booster pack I wanted to get, and was so welcoming! He had such great vibes, and genuinely made my shopping experience ten times better! Definitely my new favourite Pokemon card spot in Ottawa. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!! Thank you so much, your team clearly has a passion about what they do! (And thank you Cedar!)

As an avid Pokémon playing family, our experience with Cedar was fantastic. He provided great customer service while balancing so many different leagues at the same time. He is a great addition to the Empire team and wish to see more of him in key positions going forward. Thank you Cedar and Empire for a great family-fun Friday night!

Updated review: they shipped the product. My feedback to them would be to put release dates that actually reflect when they receive the product. Since they take the payments immediately, the whole process comes dangerously close to the 3 month limit for chargeback and they do not give feedback on order progress. They could easily just stop answering and money would be lost. Support them locally, but their online pre-order practices are shady at best. Will update when product arrives in tact.

Ordered singles online, they refunded half my order after 2 business days because of innacurate stock. Came for pickup, stores messy, nobody greeted me. The employee who made eye contact first quickly turned away while saying "I know what I want to do! Eat my lunch.." and then walked into the back room with a tupperware filled with 4 pogos. (You can't make this stuff up) I looked around at the displays and when the clerk was finally free he greeted someone else who had just walked in. I finally said something, picked up my order. The clerk was absently still with the previous client while he was cracking packs. Cards are in good condition and well packaged. Overall pretty bad experience. Seems like this store has an 'in club'. Back to Wizard Tower for me.
