DOLLY'S TOYS AND GAMES.

I have been to Dolly’s a handful of times to consider this store as one of the best places to find Pokemon singles, and Pokemon packs. I have bought a few singles here for my personal collection, and bought a few packs here for a master set. The staff at Dolly’s are kind. Katelyn has been the employee that I have encountered with the most. The times I have dropped into Dolly’s, she has always been helpful and patient, when it comes to contemplating on what to purchase. I always appreciate the kindness and the small chats I have when I see Katelyn. Would definitely recommend this store for TCGs, especially Pokemon.

Made an order of Yu-Gi-Oh singles with tracking because they have a decent selection. Took a day for the order to be processed and shipped. The shipping order said I'll receive the tracking number in a separate email. Didn't receive the tracking email until 3 days later after I asked for it. The order came with one of the cards was wrong, I was given a completely different card. I flagged it to the store via email, they apologized and said they issued store credit to my account. I said I didn't have an account due to ordering as a guest. After basically a month of emailing, I was issued a refund to my credit card. I understand mistakes can happen with orders, I was frustrated it took a month with emailing every few days to get the refund

I had the pleasure to meet Aj at the shop today. He took the time to help me setup to sell my cards in the shop. He also showed me around the store and to see what they were selling. Appreciate your time and effort for helping me out Aj since I am very new to the TCG community and also my first time selling my cards.

Overall, the store was really good. The staff were nice and they were able to help me with a lot of stuff in the store. The prices as well are really good for the inventory. Heck, they even had stuff I didnt expect them to have. The atmosphere was also really good and it felt pretty welcoming. I came to this place from word of mouth from my friend and this place did not disappoint. Will be coming again whenever I need to.

Dolly's will always have a special place in my heart! Going back to when I was a kid, my mom used to take me to its original store back at Woodside Square in Scarborough where I would look at trading card games, and my mom would look at arts and crafts. We even got to know the original family that owned the shop. It's nice to see that Dolly's hasn't lost that home-y feel to it. It's not a super big store, but it's very comfortably set up for people to hang out and play games, and their stock is really good for a lot of trading cards games. Prices here are also very fair. Lately I've been coming in to buy One Piece cards and I will definitely be stopping by whenever I'm in the area!
