Informed them through their website portal that they had sold me a fake MTG card in the $80 range and offered to bring it in. No response 2 weeks later but did get a lot of other locals warning me there's a reason they don't go there. Unfortunate as someone newer to the region who was all too happy to support a local shop.

Very friendly staff. Have been coming here for years to buy Pokemon, Lorcana and other trading card accessory products. Great Pokemon days every Sunday to trade and play, looking forward to continuing to enjoy the safe and friendly atmosphere!

Rated 2 Stars I went into this store to inquire about selling some rare, first-edition comic books, including Bambi and The Little Mermaid. They initially said they look at everything, so I thought they’d give a fair assessment. However, when I mentioned that I’d been lowballed elsewhere, they immediately told me they’d offer even less—despite me never even sharing what the original offer was! How can they decide to offer less without seeing the comics or knowing the previous offer? It was dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a serious evaluation of their valuable items. The only reason this was not a one star review is because items are displayed inside of the store nearly. It was very professional, although the supply was not large the items were stacked neatly on the shelves.

Awesome lil retro gaming store. What a gem n pleasant trip down memory lane. Such nostalgia. Store is clean n tidy, staff is friendly n knowledgeable and answers all questions so quickly. This store can def help one complete their wishlist.

I'm from London but decided to take a trip to visit the store and was very happy with the lay out and tons of choices of games, cards or toys! Grabbed a couple items in the store and asked about their disc resurfacing. I had just bought a game privately in the area that needed some clean up and was blown away with the end result. Probably the best resurfacing job I have seen in Ontario. I want to go back to have more done. It looks like I had just bought the game new, no nasty swirling or heat marks you get from cheap machines. Thanks Matthew and team for the pleasant experience!
