Event is awesome but the price of cards selling is too high than facetoface current price.

Good prices, passionate staff and excellent deck building advice. Chase and Emilia are sweethearts. Mark is a machine for preparing quick orders on the go, he also has the weird innate power to make me pull the most outrageous cards (anime Smothering Tithe and special guest ixalan Mana Crypt) Amazing store

Thanks so much to Emilia and Chase, such friendly people. I don’t know much about cards but the staff is so nice and my kids love the Pokemon events. This place has a strong community

I went into the shop this afternoon to pick up 3 cards I had ordered online. I ended up only taking one because the other two were either I didn’t like the condition or not even available despite still being listed on their website. When I told them I didn’t want one of the cards due to its condition, they threatened me by saying I still had to pay for it to “compensate for the time it took to take out and prepare the order.” That’s literally their job. Charging customers for something they no longer want due to misleading presentation is completely unacceptable. To make things worse, after buying the one card (a Charizard Tag Team, $70), I realized I forgot sleeves. I only had a Visa card on me, but was told I had to either pay $5 minimum or pay $2.50 in cash for the sleeves. This was just 2 minutes after I had spent nearly $100 there. Their excuse? “Otherwise I lose money”which is not the customer’s problem. I’ve been coming to this shop for the past couple months and have spent well over 500$ in cards and products, but this was the final straw. The lack of customer respect, shady policies, and greed are unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this place. There are far better and more transparent card shops in the area like “Remi card trader” in Longueuil are very genuine and welcoming “ le roi des cartes” in beloeil another great shop very friendly owner.

Met Marc at the MTL Con and he was super helpful. Let me know he had lots of Marvel hobby boxes back at his store for sale. I ended up grabbing some boxes and got some cool hits! Excellent customer service and Marc is super friendly! I’ll be back!
