Great place great staff and great prices only reason why I gave a 2 star is because they tried to give a shit deal trading in cards paying out 60-65%. I went to another shop and got 85% for the same cards. Don't sell your cards to them they will rob you definitely.

The staff has always been friendly and the new location is clean and spacious! Cardboard Classics is my family's go-to game store. I recently played D&D with their in-house GM, Pedram, and had a blast. I also attended their artist alley event a few months ago with my family. I loved the sense of community I felt. Will definitely keep visiting.

I’m new to the TCG community and have been exploring shops across all of GTA. As of now, I can confidently say that this shop is the worst overall in terms of customer service and procedures. The first time I went to the store, I was informed that I was not allowed to take cards from their bulk binder and I was suppose to tell the staff so they can enter the card in their system for order pickers to bring out. This is the only store I’ve been to that does this (which is odd as these are bulk cards, but totally understandable because of their online store). Upon picking out all my cards, a young gentleman with curly hair, dyed red, interrupted my conversation with the newer employee to inform me that it would be faster for me to order it online for pick up (useful information, but spoken with negative undertones). Although, the other guy who was helping me was very helpful and understanding. the curly red haired gentleman seemed like he just wanted me to leave the store. Prior to my second visit to this store, I ordered plenty of cards from various other stores and went to pick the cards up on the same day. However, this store took longer. On the next day, I dropped by to pick up the cards and the same curly red haired gentleman was working. When I mentioned I had an order that I wanted to pick up, he was very rude and replied with “it’s not ready” and turned away dismissively without even asking for my order number or anything. I went home and 30 minutes later, I got a email saying I can pick the cards up! Note: I was only looking for 3 cards and the curly red haired gentleman didn’t even give me a second look when I inquired about the pick up. During my first visit, the guy who helped me was very patient with picking out 20 cards (I just needed to wait 10 mins for them to bring the cards from the back, which I have no issue with) This curly red haired gentleman is so self contradicting because I did what he said and still I had to wait longer than expected. Wait time is one thing, but bad customer service is another as I was brushed off by him when picking up the order. Even the other stores that I’ve been to were able to rush the order when I arrived as I did not mind waiting in the store. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give that instead (but let’s just say this one star is for that one new guy who helped me during my first visit) WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS! If you are not already in the shop’s community, the employees will disrespect you and talk condescending. Come to this store if you enjoy getting shrugged off and dismissed. I do not plan on coming back to this store and do not recommend anyone to visit either

Bought some cards my nephew wanted. When I asked for help locating protective card sleeves, the cashier was dismissive and made a condescending comment about the terminology I used. He said they are called loose sleeve and not penny sleeve. Even told me and wife that he immediately knows how old we are for calling them penny sleeves. The interaction made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer, which was quite disheartening given how positive my previous interactions with your team have been. Did not even gave us our receipt. Most probably he was in a hurry to leave for the day.
