Brodies Gaming

I went in just out of curiosity to see what they had, and they had so many cool retro games and consoles. I saw that they had three Gameboy Advance SPs. Brodie was kind enough to let me see them and test them out. They were all in really good condition and I was debating on getting one. Then, Brodie also showed me how he had custom shells for the GBA SP! It was all a reasonable price and Brodie even transferred the console to the new shell right away. Throughout the whole process Brodie was kind and super helpful. If you’re looking to get anything retro I highly recommend this store.

I love the store. Have been going there for the past year. Staff are always attentive and kind; the selection of products is astounding, always something for everyone. This was our most recent haul from their amazing store, nothing but beautiful cards to add to our gorgeous collection. Could not ask for a better hobby/gaming shop then this.

Easily the best spot for games and TCGs in Guelph nowhere else even comes close. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. I can tell it’s an honest business. Definitely became my go to for pokemon or OP related stuff. They have plenty of singles and their trade-in rates are easily the best I’ve found. Had a friend pull two of the top chases from destined rivals and submitted em to psa here. Few months later they both came back PSA 10s! I’m so glad I found this spot. If you’re in Guelph, I’d recommend stopping by and checking them out. Whether I’m there to buy, trade or just browse, I always leave excited. These guys are the absolute best.

We stopped by Brodie’s Gaming and Collectables on a Friday afternoon after school with the kids and it was busy, but that made it even better. The staff were super friendly and still took the time to chat with us and engage with the kids, which you don’t always get when a store is that busy. They have really cool stuff and tons of selection. We ended up spending about $150 on packs of Pokemon, a pack of baseball cards and a pack of hockey cards. We had some really great pulls, which made the whole experience even more fun for the kids. They even gave them stickers on the way out, which was such a nice touch. Really great vibe, great selection, and employees that seem passionate about the hobby. We’ll definitely be back.

Bought a Wii U from them and they were very informative, helpful and friendly. The Wii U works perfectly and reads games just fine. The system transfer went through and Gamepad works and reads touch just fine. We even found a game my dad’s been looking for for years! Definitely going to be coming back here when I can!
