Over-priced like crazy. Find somewhere to shop who actually cares about their customers and prices products fairly.

The collectibles here are way over priced. I made a mistake by accepting an offer on three individual cards with looking up the current value. They ended up over charging me by a couple hundred dollars. I had called right after to discuss and went in the next day to see if they would honor actual market prices but they stood their ground and wouldn’t offer a refund. If you go here make sure you look up the actual market values of the collectable you are buying or go to Penny’s or Olympus as they are much fairer with their prices.

Great customer service and really take care of you! They also have a great selection of all kinds of collectibles and figures. Should definitely check it out!

Stopped into this card shop recently and really enjoyed the experience. They’ve got a great selection—tons of Pokémon, Magic, sports cards, and some cool collectibles too. The staff was friendly and clearly passionate about the hobby, which made browsing and asking questions easy and fun. Prices are definitely on the higher end—\$12 for a single pack of Pokémon cards was a bit of a sticker shock—but honestly, that seems to be the norm across most hobby shops these days. You're paying for convenience, atmosphere, and the chance to support a local business. Overall, it's a okay place to check out if you're into cards or collectibles. Just come knowing you're paying hobby-store prices, not big-box discounts.

I was a repeat customer here since the day they opened and for my birthday I had told my dad of some things I’d like from here only to hear that they charged him 72 dollars for a singular pack which I found 10+ listings for online for 38.99 CAD. The one guy was really nice and understanding of my frustration and seemed like he was going to exchange it for something I actually wanted in the store, until his boss (who was sitting in his car outside vaping) texted him telling him they cannot do anything for me. I won’t be going back to a place that charges double the regular market price and has no sense of customer service. Severely disappointed as I was becoming a regular
