Friendly and welcoming environment. The staff always go out of their way to help, especially for people new to certain games. I really enjoyed taking part in the board game demo lead by Sam. My daughter recently took an interest in Pokémon and she was set up with what she needed and given some free treats to encourage a love of the game.
