Great shop! I'm from the States, and this was the only card shop I went to on my visit to Nova Scotia. Big hockey and pokemon selection, but also a good variety of other sports. Basketball was what I was primarily looking for and what I ended up buying. The Shop is one of the bigger shops I've ever been to. We stopped on our way to the airport before flying home. And to add to the experience, there was an emergency alert in the area that there was a dangerous suspect from a shooting and he was on the loose. It wasn't super close so we still went in to shop. Once inside, we found out the shop was previously a bank and all of the glass at the strorefront was bulletproof glass.

Purchased from this group through their Whatnot stream. Card values were exaggerated. The cards that I received weren’t in very good condition. Lots of whitening on the edges, chunks out of the edges and some surface damage. As you can see from the screenshot, the reply to my Whatnot review was very rude. Called me a whiner, told me to grow up and insinuated that I was being dishonest. I’ve been collecting for over 30 years and have never dealt with this type of arrogance. It’s not unreasonable to expect the cards that I purchased to be in decent condition. At no point in the stream did they mention that the cards were damaged. I was disappointed by the product that I received, but even more disappointed by the reply to my review.

Big shoutout to AMG Collectibles. Finally found a card I’ve been hunting forever and the whole experience was smooth. Great people, great selection, and fair prices. Definitely one of the better spots around 🔥

Really friendly and helpful staff. Some have different specialties or knowledge areas so sometimes you might need to come back when the person you need is working but that's only because they have such a massive variety. Recommend calling ahead. Alternatively, just spend a few hours hunting their big boxes of singles.

I came into AMG for the first time to sell a card about a year ago. I had a rare 1 of 1 which I wanted to get an offer on. The guys behind the counter tried to seriously low ball me based on recent comps, value around 1000 offering 500 for a graded 1 of 1. Luckily Corey was there and over heard the deal, and as a professional offered a better price. Flash back to recently, I wanted to buy a Jordan. Comps had the card around 35, they priced the card at 75, more than double. When I searched sales and comps I was told, "we don't really care about comps". Needless to say I PC Jordan so I was able to talk him down 15... but still over paid for a card because of the stubborn attitude of the salesman. I find it funny that when you sell a card at AMG they take comps seriously and low ball you at the counter, however when you want to buy a card, literally everycard has a price tag of double the value, and they claim comps don't matter. For such a big business, you would think they would be honest and willing to help people collect cards for their current value. After researching a few other cards I had my eye on I was shocked to find all of them with a sticker price double or more of the true value. If you're buying from these guys be aware, they are not all nice guys. A $35 card should be sold for $30-35, not labeled at $75 and sold for $60. I was told that the card came in as part of a collection, so they probably paid $5 for it and at the best most they would have paid 80% of comps. Thats a low blow for the hobby when dealers are dishonest and just want to take your money. Absolutely not cool. "Comps don't really matter".
