Called in same day and they said they’d place an item on hold, came in at 5pm after an hour long drive and I found the store closed. (time online says they close at 8pm and even after verifying on call it was indeed supposed to be 8pm). That was a little upsetting but I understand, then they told me that the cost of the item was actually 25% higher than i was told on the phone. Wasted my entire day over false hope, Thanks again but i’ll be sharing this experience with my social media followers as i’ve documented it all thoroughly for my viewers to see.

great place, was new to the game magic the gathering everyone there including staff so helpful and willing to teach me and give advice, even giving me cards I needed for my deck. Amazing place if you are going anywhere to buy mtg, dnd and other things or just looking to play with some cool dudes; this is the spot!

My fiancee and I had a wonderful time visiting All Tapped Out. We were greeted very quickly and friendly, which isn't something I can say about a lot of other board/card game stores. They were knowledgable and able to guide us as to which products would be best for beginners. We ended up leaving with something we felt very comfortable with as new players, and excited to come back! Thanks for all the help! This was my second visit, and I have to say their customer service is consistently excellent. The community at the store also seems very friendly, as they were engaged in helping me find products during my first visit. I wish I had asked for names so I could comment to those individuals who helped! Either way, a big thanks to all the staff :)
