Appreciate the reply, Steven. The issue isn't your store's policy on Japanese singles—it’s the lack of professionalism. Blindingly quoting "ridiculously low rates" without even asking what the card is, because you assume "it would just sit in a binder," is lazy customer service. Telling a customer "at least we are willing to offer" as if you're doing a charity service isn't the flex you think it is. If you don't want to buy Japanese cards, just say that upfront instead of wasting people's time with a defensive attitude.

Steven is chill guy and easy to deal with, bought my cards online with him and he shipped them within 5 mins LoL. Highly recommend 💪💪

Man, I love this place. The best card shop in the city. The staff are one hundred. It’s easy to feel at home here. The owners Steven and Ray are the hardest working, welcoming and fair people you can deal with in the hobby.

Stopped by to pick up a PSA 10 Sylveon for my personal collection and also grabbed a Cookie Run Kingdom booster box. The owner, Steven is incredibly friendly and outgoing. I’m glad to see another shop in Edmonton carrying Cookie Run products. Definitely give them a follow on Instagram, they host weekly events and tournaments!

I was able to pick up a few cards and ETBs to add to my collection. The staff were awesome, the service was fantastic, and the prices were easily the best in town. I’ll definitely be coming back!
