URBAN EMPIRE

We came into store for the first time today, great store lay out, friendly staff, had fun having a go on the claw machine and thought the Lego's displays are cool! Would recommend a visit!

I love this place so much. Always a pleasure coming down here and chatting with customers and staff. Come down if you wanna make friends and have a fun time ripping packs!!

This was our first time at Urban Empire, and we had an amazing time. The staff were super friendly, the community was incredibly wholesome, and it was such a lovely atmosphere for enjoying all our various TCG hobbies. They had sorted out all their bulk Pokemon cards by type and price, which made it extremely easy for us to find what we needed. We were able to get some of our favourite cards in rare variants for a fraction of the price elsewhere, and in really good condition! We will definitely be regulars! Thanks so much team!

First time here and all I can say is I had such a fun and wonderful experience!! 😄😄 Shane was amazing help with getting cards for my brother and chatting about Marvel. I definitely recommend coming here, not only for the experience browsing & shopping, but connecting with other people! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 stars in my book!!

Got a card graded through them. It was a decently quick turn around. I cleaned the card before I gave it to them and even paid an extra $10 to for them to clean it aswell only for it to come back with visible dust on the card and a big spec of something green that I feel affected the grade. Those bits of visible dust weren't on the card when I handed it over meaning after I dropped it off, it only got dirtier not cleaner. Very disappointing They said they price the grading at 10% of the cards value at a psa10 which was 380 three months ago when I dropped it off, which that 10% is now 270. So I was under the impression it would cost 10% of the value of whatever grade it came out to. It doesnt work this way and they dont tell you that. So it costs me $380 for a psa8 not 10% of a current psa8 which is $83. Poor communication from then and a bad experience for the first time I got a card graded I hope this helps someone when deciding whether to get a card graded.
