The Games Shop - Charlestown

i was served by maja who was super cool and took time to recommend and explain different games to me, wasn’t planning to buy a game, mainly just looking for recommendations. but that lovely service convinced me to leave with something

Super helpful staff who are happy to give their reviews of games, tips & recommendations. Bought the new catan card game based on the staff member and the family love it.

Love the help and suggestions everytime I'm in store. Jenny is always helping everyone in store, and no one is ignored.

We were served today by Maja (that was the name on the receipt) and they were absolutely lovely. You could tell they were passionate about what they do and were very polite. The atmosphere they created is extremely welcoming, I hope they receive this feedback and know they provided a wonderful experience.

After being let down by another games store 3 days out from Christmas, I placed an order with The Games Shop. We live in a rural area and was convinced it wouldn't arrive in time but I was so amazed and happy when it was delivered on Christmas eve. Their communication was great, the item was well packaged and at a time when we are all tired and overworked, they really came through for me and I couldn't recommend this team highly enough.
