Nick is the nicest person ever, will help you out with whatever you need to know, and is always accommodating! FYI they only buy at 60%, no budging. For lower end cards it's alright but if you have anything more valuable to sell, this isn't the place for you, probably get better offers elsewhere.

i ordered multiple packs with express shipping i received a notification from australia post the next day that they had received the information so you as a business would have printed and checked my order that day which was a Thursday i then didn’t hear a single thing from your company until the following tuesday which was a day before the express shipping deadline which told me that 2 of the packs i ordered were out of stock it wasn’t until i emailed you that day did i actually hear about my refund and you weren’t going to refund the $15 i spent on express shipping until i demanded it back then when i called to actually get the answer to why the packs i had purchased and only purchased from your website cause you were the only ones that would arrive before i needed them your worker blamed the fact you had new people working i understand you need to train people but you shouldn’t leave them to print orders you know you won’t be fulfilling it’s now been over a week since i ordered and im still waiting on a refund and i have received the order after i needed it so if i was given the option to fully cancel i would have. If i could give 0 stars i would also just flat out terrible customer service

Great experience purchasing from this card store! I picked up some English and Japanese One Piece cards, and the selection was excellent. They also have a fantastic range of Pokémon cards, both new and older sets. Everything was well organized, fairly priced, and the staff were really helpful. Definitely recommend this store to any trading card collectors or fans looking for quality cards and a great selection!
