Withdrew a massive amount of money a for items I ordered 2 weeks ago. Then the of day the delivery and only delivered one item.

Our account was cancelled/deleted because we changed our business name. There was no prior communication, just an immediate notice assuming we are no longer operating. Exceptionally questionable customer service.

Recently attended a convention and purchased a $90 set of ultra pro dice. when returning home I found that I was missing the d20 and instead had 2 d12's. Contacted their customer support and was very impressed when they said they would post me an replacement all should be good. waited over 2 weeks and asked for an update. It has now been 5 weeks have yet to receive a replacement or a reply to my email asking for an update

Have applied an arbitrary 4 month delay on new Warmachine releases, seemingly for no other reason than to create artificial scarcity. Manufacturer states that the delay is not on their end, confirming this is an LPG problem.
