Friendly enough staff that found a few my daugther was after that were not sorted yet and even offered her a lollipop. They seem to have a few holy grail boxes for the whales as well. Can see this shop being quite popular

I have been buying pokemon card and pops from them for many years now. They always have the rarest cards in the market with reasonable prices. Super happy with their professionalism and friendly service. Great local business! Highly recommended .

This was my first experience shopping at Pokidoll Collectables, and I was immediately impressed by the variety of merchandise available. The store carries an extensive selection across numerous collections, which is impressive in both scale and diversity. I was incredibly happy to find items I had been searching for, especially from an Australian-based retailer. For this specific game/anime franchise, merchandise was offered exclusively through Mystery Bags rather than as individual items. Two options were available: a smaller Mystery Bag priced between $45–$50 and a larger option priced between $80–$85. I chose to purchase one of each, with the total amounting to approximately $140. I was fully aware that Mystery Bags involve an element of chance and that there is no guarantee of receiving particular characters or items. While I was satisfied with most of the contents, some items appeared unrelated to the franchise, including Tom and Jerry headbands and reusable tote bags, which seemed inconsistent with the advertised theme. Additionally, one of the items received was a doll from a completely different series. Although I understood the random nature of Mystery Bags, the inclusion of unrelated merchandise was disappointing given the overall cost. This review is not intended to deter others from visiting Pokidoll Collectables. The store offers a remarkable range of products, including Pokémon, Hatsune Miku, Sailor Moon, Naruto, and several fandoms that have yet to gain widespread popularity in Western markets. This feedback reflects my personal experience with the Mystery Bags rather than the store as a whole. I hope that in the future, Pokidoll Collectables may consider offering items for individual purchase instead of bundling them exclusively into Mystery Bags, particularly given the premium pricing and the potential inclusion of unrelated items.

I would argue this is the best Pokemon related store I’ve ever been to. The staff are so knowledgeable and clearly care a ton about the hobby, and the range of cards they have is extensive. Not only that but they have a fantastic range of plush toys and little knickknacks at very fair prices. I’d highly recommend checking this store out and spending a while just having a good look at everything they have.
