NEO TOKYO

The staff aren't the nicest and not to mention, they never ever try to talk to me but they happily talk to other customers. Am I the problem? I try to talk to them but they never seem interested but then its okay for them to talk to other customers. The only reason I go to this store still is for their anime figures, not a fan of the staff at all. I don't expect perfect customer service but I don't feel treated fairly at all when I go there. Like there was a time, It was someone else's turn to check out after me and the worker talked to them a whole lot, it feels so unfair to me. Another sucky thing to mention is how the manga has no price tags, like if any do, its rare so its like i am going into blind when I buy manga.

This is the coolest place with the coolest staff. Today Saturday 23rd came in to look after just getting into town the two amazing people on today where so helpful and the whole thing was super fun and the knowledge they have about what they are selling was impressive I walked out with alot and will continue to do so. I'm your new regular

I love how they even have the less popular mangas and in the store photos (on the website) there are two men kissing i love that!!! Popular is amazing soon as I walk in a get greeted with a nice gesture

I have had a great time at Neo Tokyo in the past when I’ve been in with my mum and she had a long chat with a staff member and another customer about anime while I browsed the yaoi section, successfully distracting her from asking too many questions. Fantastic service! :D

Really nice store! Went there a few days ago (as of posting) to get a birthday gift for someone, and there's so much variety I managed to find gifts for all 3 of the people i had to buy for!! There's certainly a selection and perhaps I'd go again to shop for myself. I do feel a bit out of place going in where there's already people inside but that's just my social anxiety speaking. Nothing of the store's fault! The employees are very nice.
