Nakama Treats

Tried a few of the desserts — mango sago, caramel pudding and coffee jelly dessert. Nothing too extraordinary, fairly simple stuff, but everything tasted good and was well worth the price. The anime theming is cool, even if I probably wouldn’t buy any of the merch. There was a group inside playing card games when I visited, so we ended up sitting outside — but it was nice to see there’s an actual community around the place, gives it a good vibe. Overall a solid spot, and I’d come back to try more of the dessert menu.

Really disappointed with my experience. I stood at the counter for quite a while waiting to be served and wasn’t acknowledged at all. The store wasn’t busy and there was no one else waiting, yet I was still completely overlooked. Two ladies walked in after me and had their order taken straight away, with staff chatting and laughing, while I was left standing there. I understand that places can get busy, but that wasn’t the case here. A simple “we’ll be with you shortly” would have made a big difference. For the price, I’d expect basic customer service. There are better and more affordable places in this shopping centre where you at least feel acknowledged as a customer. I won’t be rushing back.

Awesome place to hangout for sweet treats, drinks, and all things anime. Probably one of the coolest places in the mall to hangout and catch up with friends. Lots of authentic and delicious food & drink.

Our experience was satisfactory. The staff were friendly, although taking our order took a bit long. The pre-made foods were served quickly, but we had to remind the staff about the ice cream.

Attendes this place on their opening day, and there was a crowd present. food options were plentiful but i only tried a slice of dessert, which was delicious. they sell snacks and bubble tea as well. there is anime merch for sale too, which is very reasonably priced ! the guy at the counter was friendly and service was surprisingly quick ! would love to visit again and try more of their menu.
