I received a brand new puzzle missing a piece as a gift. They offered a replacement or equivalent puzzle no questions asked. Really appreciated the service.

Ravensburger are the best jig saw puzzles. Highly recommend Modern Brands and a big thank you to Andy for his customer service.

Highly recommend Modern Brands, their customer service is amazing. We purchased a puzzle from one of their suppliers and when we finally got around to putting it together, we realised their were some missing pieces. Andy replaced the puzzle for us very quickly. Thank you again so very much for your excellent customer service.

They sell toys that are faulty. And don't reply to email.
