Mind Games Hawthorn

I'm amazed at how many board games they can squeeze in such a tiny shop. Incredible range. High recommended

Shout out to the amazing worker Holly! Incredible customer service with expansive knowledge!! The weekly riddle was a fun touch and really made me smile (even if it did take me some time to figure it out). Will be recommending mind games hawthorn to all my friends just because of how amazing the customer service is!

What a shame the Owner is so obnoxios. Saw an add online for free delivery so I ordered. I was not able to get free delivery and after telling Lucas about the add instead of honouring the add he wanted to educate me on how google works and not his fault! In the end he finally said he would deliver after back and forth emails. I loved Mind games and happy to see them in business afer all these decades, despite the bad managment. Fyi, Oliver was the sales assistant and very nice and professonal as I ended up driving 45mins to pick up. Do better Lucas!

Pretty disappointed that I’ve shopped here since I was a kid and have just brought my 3 kids in on a Sunday to spend some money they had saved. We were served by the youngish guy who was very nice, but I couldn’t believe the other person behind the counter (woman not serving us) was grunting and groaning because the kids did 3 separate transactions to buy their toys. Would have thought a shop would be the perfect place to teach kids the value of money. Cue the snarky reply…

I've ordered a board game that was sold out everywhere else. Shipped pretty much straight away and received it in Sydney the next day, so quick!
