Good Games Top Ryde City

Came here at 9:00 AM, expecting the store to be open as advertised. Instead, a staff member rudely told us he couldn’t help us until he finished dealing with stock deliveries. The attitude was unnecessary and unprofessional. If you’re not ready to serve customers at opening time, your opening hours should reflect that. Very disappointing experience.

I called Josh to enquire about some stock, he gave me the best possibly outcome, super friendly and got what I needed. 10/10 customer service, passion and enthusiasm!

Good customer service today at Top Ryde Good Games, I called earlier and they put a board game on hold for us to pick up. Came in to pick up and no dramas they were friendly lovely ladies :) Good job putting the customer first 👍

Loved it. Ranges of items and lot of stock. However, I wish the staff were better. Willing to visit again to buy more yu gi oh card packs

Great range of products. The store is located on the top level of Top Ryde shopping centre. It has a fantastic range of products to cater for every category of games. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and there was a staff member happy to greet at the entrance. If you are in the area definitely come down and have a look.
