Gametraders Mt Gravatt

My husband and myself have tried calling over 10 times today (over the course of a couple hours in case I was trying to call at a busy time) and no one will pick up the phone. I made an order last week and it still has not been shipped out. (It said would be delivered in 1-2 days when I ordered it). I just wanted to know about my order and when it will be shipped or get a refund. We have sent multiple emails and tried the online chat but have had no response. Please if someone could contact us back about the order that would be appreciated. Getting very annoyed as this is not our first time having problems with this store.

I was getting ready to pay but the workers told us it’s alright as the cards were 75c, and they gave me it for free workers were really nice and the workers were very handsome

LOVE trading and buying to feed my Pokemon obsession from here! Great staff, genuine people that care about what you collect and why! And to top it off, Anthony from this store chose a box for me that gave me my first GOD PACK! Thank you thank you

I’ve gotten multiple figures over the time the store has been open, (just got a cute Ame-chan figure today!) and my husband has bought and traded in Pokemon cards. Everything has been great and staff has always been friendly!

it would be open until 5:00, but as expected, it was closed. It would be better to clearly state that you’re not operating. We arrived 4:40 closed, (Now is still 4:49 ) I won’t be using your service again. I’m sure my absence won’t make any difference to your business, but still… seriously.
