Games World’s return policy is terrible. You can only return items on the day of purchase — something they fail to mention at the point of sale. So if you’re buying a gift, make absolutely sure it’s correct, because after that day, you won’t be able to return it. Now lumbered with an unwanted gift I may have never bought if I was informed of the ludacris returns policy When I reached out to their customer service team for help, I received no response at all. There seems to be very little focus on customer service and more on taking your money. I’ll definitely think twice before shopping here again.

Zero Stars if I could I went and Lay-by some one piece cards for Christmas but wanted to cancel since I didn't need them anymore. When I went to cancel they said they had to keep 20% deposit and I was like that is crazy since they didn't go through the process with me especially about the 20% deposit not even the term & conditions slip was not shown or even signed by me when I placed the lay-by and nothing was said at the time the lay-by was placed, the person said just a deposit and it will be lay-by. I am very disappointed and will avoid shopping here again.

Fantastic game and hobby shop. I love this store. They have a great selection and can order it in if not in stock. Really helpful staff. Totally worth checking out if you are in the area.
