Very helpful & knowledgeable customer service. Have been in times with very specific gift needs (e.g. "I need a present for someone who likes card games but not board games. They have kids who want to play but also teenagers who get bored easily.") and their suggestions are always comprehensive. Giving me several options but also explaining why each option might be best.

Been here a few times now and each time, services has been superb. Today, the cube my son wanted had run out of stock in this store, customer service was brilliant, he went above and beyond, received the goods in a couple of hours.
