Last week I went to this particular Games World located at Pacific Werribee for the first time and what a bad first experience it was. I just word from a mate about a new product he saw at his Games World The two staff members had no idea no clue about the item i was asking for. When the other Games World had the item this Store didn't . And then i asked about another item the girl with black hair with some tattoos with a accent was so rude she didn't even acknowledge me. She just kept her eyes on the computer screen and answered with a not helpful reply then her co-worker copyed what shes said like a little parrot. Both were clueless This games world has the worst customer service i ever seen. and their staff need more training on their stock and more importantly training on their customer service.

This store is Awesome, always been very happy with the quality of products and the staff and service are GR8. Bought my Diecast Model today and love it, now to add to my collection
