I’ve come to this store quite a few times, and every time I’ve been served by the lady with the orange hair (I couldn’t see her name tag), she’s been very rude and has a lot of attitude. She makes you feel like you’re stupid for asking questions, which is really off-putting as a customer. The first time it happened, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she was just having a bad day. Unfortunately, every visit since has been exactly the same. I’ve also spoken to friends who have had the same experience with the same staff member, so it doesn’t seem like an isolated incident. It’s really disappointing because the store has a great range of products, but customer service like this makes me think twice about coming back. I hope management addresses the issue, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise good store.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO MANNERS. THIS IS THE REASON WHY MOST PEOPLE HAVE TURNED TO ONLINE SHOPPING. AVOID THIS STORE. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRIMINALS.

Just today I went and bought 5 journey together packs and the nice lady at the counter said there was a free promo I could get and it absolutely made my day. It was the N’s Reshiram!! One of the cards I wanted most! I didn’t know they would just give out box toppers, maybe they do now with every purchase but anyways it still felt so special to me. If you could see this, Thank you so much! This is and will always be my favourite store!!!

Although this store has a variety of items to choose from, their model kits (especially) are well overpriced compared to other stores, so I wouldn't come in for kits here. However I did pick up a kit as they were 20% off during boxing day sales.
