shopping online for 20+ years and this is the worse experience/shop I have ever had to deal with. have been trying to resolve my order issue for a month now, took multiple emails for them to even bother to reply and when they did it was an absolute lie, have to assume this site is a total scam at this point. taking a loan on people money in the form of pre-orders because u most likely cant afford the capital yourself just to ignore them and never send the items they purchased? AWESOME WORK. honestly why do you even have a LGS if u hate the community this much. would give a lower rating if it was possible

Preorders on their website state available 12pm 2nd of May. Hits that time and nothing updates, still "out of stock" and when contacted they say they can see some stock on their end. 3 different computers and 2 phones on that website and nothing changes. Can't even make an account as " Sorry, something went wrong". Some products on the preorder page go from Out of Stock to New to Out of Stock again after constant refreshes. Get some tech support.

My support recipient and I called up the store in regards to a certain card which they said was in stock, we drove to the store and was told to look through 2 boxes filled with 1000s of cards. After 15-20 minutes we had given up on looking and asked him straight up if he had the card and he replied no. Complete waste of our time.
