Frontline Hobbies

Great customer service! I had forgotten to add an additional item and called them to sort it out. An easy PayPal invoice later and it was done. Shipping was quick and reasonable. I'll definitely order again as I have identified more items I want!

As a middle aged hobbiest, I had a great online experience with a fast and on-time standard post delivery. My item was shipped first thing in the morning by the Frontline crew to avoid a wasted night of the delivery process where deliveries are usually just left sitting in the local post office waiting for interstate transport the following day.... a massive thumbs up. While they were at it, the Frontline crew also packed my boxed item, inside another box with that big oversized bubbly bubble wrap.... another massive thumbs up. With their huge range and superb packaging skills that go along with a timely shipping process, it kinda makes it hard to shop elsewhere. Cheers guys.

This item from Frontline Hobbies was such a small yet important purchase for myself. I bought a model Shinkansen (Bullet Train) on a recent trip to Japan as a souvenir/display piece for my den. Seeing it on the shelf i realised how much better it would look sitting on a piece of track. I was able to navigate the Frontline Hobbies website easily to find the correct length and gauge for my needs. Fast delivery and the item was extremely well packaged. Price was very reasonable including their shipping costs. I look forward to visiting their actual store next time I am in Newcastle.
