Staff on shift was super helpful and informative, and they were super duper nice 👍 😊 (14/08/26 • Late afternoon).

Bought a switch and was served by Jonathon, everything about the experience was great and he was super helpful.

Love this store never disappointing they have everything you need truly is awesome! 🎮🏴‍☠️🗡🛡🏹

They have basically anything anime or game related you could need and the customer service is great, though sometimes it does feel one of them gets a bit pissed if you ask to many questions

Mate, this bloke Jonathon you guys hired goes above and beyond. This strapping young lad has superb customer service. I dont know how the management team trains their staff, but let me get this straight. This Jonathon fellow is exceptional. Everytime i enter the store, he always asks me "Do you need any help sir?" and im like "yeah nah im alright thanks" and left the store without buying anything. This is the 4rd time that its happened. I just go into the store just so he can give me the best customer service. The thrill, the satisfaction, the acknowledgement, and validation he gives me. It fuels me.....needless to say mate. I'll keep showing up into the store just for this. Cheers Jonathon! See you soon....and see ya later mate.
